This program is for apprentices working to earn a Bachelor degree. It is designed to let the apprentices gain experience in a hands-on environment while applying the knowledge learned at school. Successful completion of the program will result in an offer of employment into our Management Trainee Program.
The Phases of our Bachelor Degree Apprentice Program are:

Phase 1 begins in the Summer after Freshman year. Evaluations will be conducted at the midpoint and at the end of the Phase. The apprentice will perform in the Manufacturing, Technical Center, Project and Program Management, Sales, Logistics, and/or Quality areas.

Phase 2 begins in the Summer after Sophomore year. Evaluations will be conducted at the midpoint and at the end of the Phase. The apprentice will perform in the Manufacturing, Technical Center, Project and Program Management, Sales, Logistics, and/or Quality areas.

Phase 3 begins in the Summer after Junior year. Evaluations will be conducted at the midpoint and at the end of the Phase. The apprentice will perform in the Manufacturing, Technical Center, Project and Program Management, Sales, Logistics, and/or Quality areas.

Phase 4 begins in the Fall and/or Spring of Senior year. Evaluations will be conducted at the midpoint and at the end of the Phase. The apprentice will perform in the Manufacturing, Technical Center, Project and Program Management, Sales, Logistics, and/or Quality areas.

Now, having successfully completed the program, the apprentice will get the opportunity to become a Management Trainee, which is full-time employment lasting for 18 months. However, every 3 months, the apprentice will perform in a different department in order to gain work experience in Manufacturing, Technical Center, Quality, Project and Program Management, Sales, and Logistics.
